Amélie Laurence Fortin lives and works between Quebec (Canada) and Warsaw (Poland). With her installations, sculptures and sound works, she creates futuristic narratives in which objects bear witness to past or future actions.

For Amélie Laurence Fortin's SUNBURST exhibition at Künstlerhaus Bethanien, Amélie spent weeks experimenting with solar energy, red foil and objects she could find in the kitchen. Film and performances were created.

The monograph was produced as part of the international studio program at Künstlerhaus Bethanien in Berlin.
